Automatic Tension Control System

• This is an Open looped tension control system, which can be used for both Rewind or unwind tension control. A diameter signal from Ultrasonic is fed into micro logic controller and via E to P converter which can be used to control either brake pressure or Rewind tension as the diameter changes in size. Tension set points are easy to set via the small touch screen panel.

• We can also provide Load cell tension control systems, or machine/drive upgrades.

• We can provide a full turn key package including installation and commissioning on site or just the tension control system, for you to install your selves."
